Our Vision

At Archway, we believe that healing is a human right, not a privilege.
Our vision is to make trauma-informed, body-based learning accessible to all.

We serve individuals and communities impacted by complex trauma, addiction, and disconnection by creating spaces rooted in safety, curiosity, and embodied learning.

“Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about remembering you are already whole.”
Catherine Tiesteel, Founder & Director

What We Offer

Our programs combine trauma-informed education with embodied learning, helping participants understand how trauma lives in the body — and how it can be safely released and transformed.

We offer practical, trauma-informed education on:

  • The impact of childhood experiences and early attachment

  • Boundaries and consent as foundations of safety

  • Anger and conflict as pathways to nervous system regulation

  • Grief and loss as natural parts of the healing journey

  • Shame and its impact on identity and connection

  • Addictive and coping patterns as adaptations to complex trauma

Each topic is explored through a somatic lens, blending body-based awareness, mindful movement, and community dialogue to help participants restore trust and connection within themselves and others.

Why Your Support Matters

Many of those we serve have lived through trauma that disrupted their sense of safety and belonging.
Through accessible, low-cost programs, we create a bridge between knowledge and embodied healing — empowering participants to understand their nervous systems, regulate emotions, and build healthier relationships.

Your contributions directly fund:

  • Low- or no-barrier access for individuals in recovery or financial hardship

  • Training and education for facilitators, recovery coaches, and community leaders

  • Safe, inclusive environments where trauma survivors can learn and connect

  • Community partnerships that expand trauma literacy to underserved populations

“Each donation — no matter the size — helps someone feel safe in their body — sometimes for the first time.”
