Somatic Embodiment Foundations
A 5-Week Nervous System Reset
Healing doesn’t begin with fixing yourself. It begins with understanding your nervous system. This 5-week coaching series is designed to help you build awareness, regulation skills, and compassionate insight into the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself, to others, and to stress.
Instead of asking “What’s wrong with me?”, we ask, “What happened around me—and how did my system adapt?”. This is not therapy; this is a structured, Somatic Embodiment Coaching Series rooted in nervous system literacy, attachment awareness, and embodied integration.
TEACH: Trauma-Informed Education in Awareness, Capacity & Healing
A 120-Hour Somatic Education Curriculum
TEACH is a body-centered educational pathway integrating somatic education, nervous system awareness, emotional literacy, and embodied practice.
Grounded in trauma-informed principles, TEACH supports women in expanding awareness, strengthening inner capacity, and returning home to themselves through steady, guided learning.
The curriculum unfolds over 120 hours and is offered in two formats to expand accessibility across communities.
Format 1: Immersion
Delivered Monday to Friday for two hours per day, this format is ideal for treatment centers, recovery programs, and structured environments seeking a comprehensive somatic education curriculum.
Format 2: Evening Study
Delivered two evenings per week, this extended format offers the same depth and structure at a steadier pace—ideal for women balancing work, family, and community life.
The TEACH Pathway Unfolds in Three Intentional Phases:
-
Build internal and relational safety through nervous system literacy, grounding practices, somatic awareness, and regulation tools. This phase establishes a strong foundation for deeper exploration.
-
Explore how emotions and protective patterns are held in the body. Learn expressive, embodied practices that support self-understanding, emotional processing, and authentic connection.
-
Integrate insights, strengthen inner leadership, and develop sustainable practices for long-term wellbeing and relational health. This phase supports embodying awareness and capacity in everyday life.
TEACH blends education and embodiment within a structured, supportive pathway—offering women the opportunity to deepen self-trust, expand their capacity, and move through life with greater steadiness and connection.
